Eastern Kentucky University’s Division of Natural Areas will host a 5K Trail Run/Walk at its Maywoods Environmental and Educational Laboratory.
The event, which organizers hope to repeat annually, will be held on Saturday, March 26, beginning at 10 a.m., and is ideal for all levels of ability. Proceeds will benefit the EKU Environmental Service Learning Project.
The early registration fee is $25 and includes a t-shirt. Registration the week of the event will be $30. Prizes are courtesy of Mike’s Hike and Bike and John’s Run/Walk Shop.
