It is time to paint the town maroon.
In celebration of Eastern Kentucky University’s Homecoming 2015 and as a showing of community support for the University, Richmond Mayor Jim Barnes and Madison County Judge Executive Reagan Taylor are proclaiming Friday, Oct. 23, 2015 as “EKU Maroon Day.”
