The Worn Cleat Club will hold its eighth annual Reverse Raffle in support of the Eastern Kentucky University football team on Friday, April 14, at the Mulebarn located at the University Club at Arlington in Richmond. The owner of the last ticket drawn will win $10,000.
The event will start at 6 p.m. You do not have to be present to win.
Tickets are $100 each and can be reserved by phone or email (859-200-6686, karl.park@eku.edu), or can be purchased online.
All EKU football fans and supporters are invited to participate.
Last year, this event raised more than $12,000 and helped pay for: spring recruiting, leadership training material, character development programs, life skill speakers, player gear and more.
"This is an important event for our program," Head Coach Mark Elder said. "The best thing about an event like this is it helps EKU football raise additional funds to cover the costs of critical additions to our program, and the winner gets a very big prize as well."
EKU's Spring Game is scheduled for Saturday, April 15, at 4 p.m. at Roy Kidd Stadium.
