Dr. Sherwood Thompson, professor of educational leadership at Eastern Kentucky University, has joined the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Global Education and Research.
The journal is a service of the Association of North America Higher Education International, a non-profit organization that aims to connect campuses globally. Thompson will review up to six articles each year.
Thompson, who joined the EKU faculty in 2006, has previously served the University as interim chief diversity officer and as assistant dean and director of teacher education services in the College of Education. He was the editor of Encyclopedia of Diversity and Social Justice, published in 2014, and has served as president of the Association for the Advancement of Educational Research.
