EKU Athletics and the University’s Division of Communications and Marketing are collaborating to produce “Inside EKUSports.” The weekly show, hosted by the long-time voice of the Colonels, Greg Stotelmyer, will give fans an inside look at Colonel athletics. The show will also include University news, and feature stories on academic programs and student success initiatives.
The first episode, now available on the EKU Athletics YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ui777xrnr2c, includes interviews with head football Coach Mark Elder and head soccer Coach Nick Flohre, and pre-taped segments on Traditions Night during the Big E Welcome as well as a trip to Ecuador this past summer by first-generation students.
The show is entirely produced by EKU Communications and Marketing staff and recorded in the Perkins Building studio. Each episode can be seen at EKUsports.com and www.facebook.com/ekucolonels.
